As part of its continuous effort to provide a top-notch service experience, Helsinki Airport commissioned Futurice to design and develop a ‘smooth traveling’ frequent flyer application powered by Unity. The app was designed with a strong focus on integrating brand-new e-commerce services, aimed at enhancing the overall travel experience for frequent flyers. By leveraging Unity’s capabilities, the application provided an interactive and seamless interface, ensuring that travelers could easily access personalized services, exclusive offers, and real-time updates. The project’s primary goal was to reinforce Helsinki Airport’s commitment to innovation while providing frequent flyers with an elevated, convenient, and engaging digital experience.

My contributions included visual and UX design for some of the key features of the app, such as the ‘All Flights’ list, ‘My Flight’ functionality, real-time information on security waiting times, and online services like Book a Parking, Click & Collect web shop and food pre-ordering.
